This statement halter neck top is printed on a vegan velvet silk satin which has the characteristics and textures of velvet but offers the same silkiness and shininess that you would expect from a satin. The fabric comes alive in the sunlight and has a heavy shimmer in full beam. Each top has a colour coordinating fluffy trim and is fully lined. The top ties and the neck and back so you can alter the tightness to how you desire.
